Liked:The hotel was close to the area we were visiting.

Disliked:The guests above us were really loud.( to the point of keeping us awake) We called the front desk to ask if they would call the guests, they said they would. The guests made more noise so my husband went and personally talked to the ladies at the front desk. They again assured him they would call the guests. The noise never stopped. Breakfast was not good .

Disliked:Staff was so impolite, rude and disrespectful. Owner has a really nasty attitude, and unprofessional. Once, I got in my room and sprayed it down. I had a big spider on my bed.

Liked:Somewhat of a quick check-in.

Disliked:Arrived and everything about it was sketchy. From the unwelcoming interaction at the front desk and very gloomy room. We laid on top of the bed to watch TV and started to get bug bites before even moving the covers. Went to take a shower and there were 3 big bugs in the bathroom so we decided to vacate the premise and find another hotel. When I called to let them know they offered no support or apology.
