Liked:First time staying at the aloft Marriott Houston by the Galleria I wanna start of by saying huge shout out to Morgan one of the most professional nicest front desk agent I’ve met her customer service was 10 out of 10 I checked in after 11 I asked for a request to be on a higher floor if available and when I got to my room, I was not expecting that view. The room was super nice, and clean. She made my first time staying here such an amazing night. I definitely recommend this hotel for anybody that is wanting to stay around the galleria area.

Great Service from Staff

Liked:The service my mother received while staying at the Aloft Galleria was unlike any other. She can’t stop telling me about how great of a time she had while in town and how the Front Desk lady Morgan was extra friendly and helpful during her stay. We are already planning our next family outing and look forward to staying here again in the near future and thank you Morgan for taking great care of my mother’s needs while she was there.
