Great!!!

Liked:Breakfast was poor. Egg is not in the Breakfast, except for one day out of the 7 nights. Though I was given eggs on two occasions.

Disliked:My room was okay. No housekeeping all through the nights I stayed. Had to request for room supply. Took out my room garbage myself.

Liked:Convenient to Gatwick, we walked to avoid the heavy shuttle price I thought would have been complimentary.

Disliked:Checked in to a tiny room that clearly had not been cleaned. After some time we got moved. Second room better. A fan would have been good, as room was quite warm.

Liked:I booked this place through Hotels.com expecting a simple budget hotel near Gatwick. What I walked into was nothing close to a hotel. The room was a cramped, hostel‑style setup with multiple beds squeezed into a tiny space and absolutely no privacy. The whole place felt neglected and poorly maintained. There were flying insects on the bed, which made the situation completely unacceptable. That alone is enough for any traveller to walk straight out. We left immediately and booked into the local Premier Inn instead — which actually felt like a proper hotel and was a huge relief after seeing this place. Despite leaving right away and not staying, no refund was issued, which says a lot about the standards and customer care here. Overall, the atmosphere was uncomfortable, the quality was poor, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
