The stay was fine

Liked:Room clean and as expected

Disliked:We were assigned a room that someone else was already in. Fortunately we didn’t wake anyone up and they had the bar lock on. Could have been bad in many ways. Life happens. Staff was very apologetic and found the problem and got it rectified.

Liked:The front desk staff were very friendly. It is reasonably priced and was clean. The building appears to be old but the exterior doesn't look too bad.

Disliked:We had a room with two queen beds. The mattress on one of them was broken and sagged badly to the middle. We had a hard time getting the toilet to flush fully and the bathroom room door would hit the shower curtain rod making it hard to open and close. Also there are not a lot of choices for places to eat nearby.

Liked:The staff at the front desk were very friendly. It is priced reasonably.

Disliked:This is a very basic hotel. Ok for one night. The building appears to be very old, but the paint looked ok and it was clean. The A/C was noisy and the tub faucet was loose. Also there are very few places to eat nearby.

We were not able to stay.

Liked:I was unable to stay because we had our pet and it was not allowed even though it said allowed on-line. I was told by the staff that I would get reimbursed.

Disliked:That our pet wasn't allowed. We had to leave to another hotel nearby that did allow our pet.
