Cancellation

For all nonrefundable bookings, the hotel accepts credit card payment and the cardholder name must match with the guest name. The hotel reserves the right to charge/pre-authorize guests' credit card for the entire period of stay prior to arrival. Kindly note that if a debit card is provided for such purpose, the related amount will be deducted by the bank during the pre-authorizing process, and the hotel shall not be responsible for this under any circumstances. Please note that guests must show the same credit card for prepayment upon check in. Otherwise, guests are required to use other method for payment or check in will not be accepted. Please note that extra beds and baby cots are subject to availability, and can be only confirmed by the hotel. The property's reception opening hours are: 07:00 to 20:00, guest required to check in at ground floor. Housekeeping services are not available for the Eco-friendly - Superior Twin Room. For the Eco-friendly - Superior Twin Room, guests are required to clean the room prior to departure. Housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional charge of HKD 120 per time for the Eco-friendly - Superior Twin Room. Additional towels are available upon request for an additional charge of HKD 50 per 2 sets for the Eco-friendly - Superior Twin Room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
