Important Information
To ensure a smoother check-in at the hotel, guests are advised to provide their flight arrival details to hotel before arrival. Guests must present the credit card used for booking upon check-in for verification purposes. Please note that all cancelations, modifications and no-show charges are subject to a 10% service charge. Please note that special traffic arrangement and road closure are expected from 17:00 until further notice in the hotel nearby Tsim Sha Tsui area for special festive dates including Christmas Eve (24 December), New Year Eve (31 December) and Chinese New Year (29 January 2025, 30 January 2025). Kindly note that hotel deposit at HK$1,000 daily and maximum HK$3,000 per week is required at check in. Hotel will get the authorization code by given credit card 7 days prior to arrival in order to secure the room, room will be released without notification if credit card invalid.
