Best Hotel in HK

Liked:This hotel is one of the best experiences I’ve stayed at in over 60 countries. The staff, Marco and the girls, were unmatched with their effort and kindness. The amenities and little perks were also incredible as an uplift in the experience. Highly recommend!! 10 out of 5.

This isn't just a hotel; it feels like a luxurious, stylish home away from home, operated by a team who genuinely care. Every detail is thoughtfully curated, from the stunning design to the impeccable comfort of the rooms. The location is perfect for exploring, yet the hotel itself is a tranquil oasis you'll look forward to returning to each day. What truly sets The Figo apart, however, is its people. The staff are the heart and soul of this place. A very special thank you to: Venezia, Hailey, Nathalie, and Silvia for your warmth, professionalism, and for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Your recommendations were spot-on, and your kindness did not go unnoticed. To the many other wonderful team members we met at breakfast, in the halls, and at the front desk (I'm sorry I didn't catch all your names!) thank you for your constant smiles and helpfulness. You all made us feel not just as guests, but as welcomed friends. It’s this level of personalized, heartfelt service that is so rare and so cherished. We left already planning our next visit. Excellent Stay At The Figo Hotel

Liked:This hotel is very special. Although it is small, it is well equipped. The location is quiet yet convenient, with plenty of places to eat nearby and easy transportation. When we arrived at the lobby, a staff member named Venezia greeted us and assisted with check-in. She was extremely friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. She asked whether we were tired and if we would like something to drink, and she also explained the facilities in the room. When I asked her for recommendations on nearby places to eat, she quickly found several very authentic local restaurants for us. Because I was feeling quite tired, I asked her if there were any massage places nearby. She recommended one that was about a 7-minute walk away. The staff there were very friendly, and I felt extremely comfortable after the massage. I am very thankful to Venezia for recommending this massage place, as it made my vacation even more relaxing. Every time I returned to the hotel and saw her warm and friendly smile, it made me feel very happy staying there. Whenever I had questions, she was always able to help. Her kindness and attitude toward guests made the stay feel especially welcoming. Next time I visit, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
