Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
All prices are all-inclusive with taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required at check-in. No additional resort or service fees will apply.
Important Information
Kindly note that the hotel will charge the total room price plus 10% service charge as cancellation penalty for all non-refundable reservations. Limousine or shuttle bus airport transfers are available at an extra cost. Please check with hotel on the availability of the service. Advance reservation is required. Guests are required to present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. The third-party payment authorisation form must be completed for any third-party credit card payment. American Express card will not be accepted for third party payment. Kindly be advised that renovation works will be conducted at the restaurant, starting from 11 May 2026 and expected to be completed by 31 August 2026. During the work progress, there may be occasional noise disturbances between 9am to 6pm daily from Mondays to Fridays (except Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays) during these scheduled improvements. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
