The Hong Kong Government’s regulation of disposable plastic tableware and other plastic products will be implemented from 22 April 2024. Hotels and guest houses will no longer offer complimentary disposable toiletries and plastic-bottled water in guest rooms. At The Cityview, we encourage all our guests to bring their own toothpaste, toothbrush, and personal care items during their stay. Please contact the hotel for details. Credit card details must be provided upon making any reservations. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival as a guarantee of arrival. All visitors are required to register at our front desk before entering the guest room. For security reasons, visitors are not allowed to stay overnight from 11:00 PM to 06:00 AM. Please note that additional guests above the maximum room occupancy are not permitted. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
