Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Important Information
Guests are required to present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking upon check-in or when making payment at the property. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, guests will be charged the service fee and tax associated with the room charge. All staying guests must provide their names at the time the reservation is made. Name modifications are not allowed after the reservation is confirmed. The names of the guests checking in must match the names on the reservation. To ensure the comfort of all guests, we maintain a smoke-free environment throughout the property. Smoking in non-smoking rooms will incur an additional charge equivalent to two nights' accommodation starting 1 September 2025. Food and drink credit could only apply to summer-themed menus and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, programs, or certificates. Breakfast-inclusive rates comprise a maximum of 2 daily breakfasts. A deposit may be required at the property.
