Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
All prices are all-inclusive with taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required at check-in. No additional resort or service fees will apply.
Important Information
Please note that room rates are subject to an additional 10% service charge. An incidental deposit of HKD 500 per day per room is required at check-in. For nonrefundable bookings, room rates will be immediately charged to the guest's credit card once the reservation has been made. If the credit card holder will not be present during check-in, guests will need to send the hotel a third party credit card authorization form, including a copy of guest's passport and credit card (both front and back) within 24 hours of the reservation being made. The hotel will charge the given credit card according to the currency of the card's origin country. Guests are advised to inform the hotel if they wish to be charged in HKD instead. Guests with any kind of reservation must provide the same credit card upon check-in that was used during booking. All the bookings with 6 rooms or above (group bookings), different deposit and cancelation policies will be applied.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
