While the hotel's central location, beautiful design, and luxurious, comfortable rooms certainly make it a wonderful place to stay, what makes Mondrian genuinely outstanding is something far more meaningful: its people. From the moment you walk through the doors until the moment you say goodbye, the team goes above and beyond to make every guest feel genuinely welcome, comfortable, and cared for. There is a remarkable warmth and sincerity in the way the staff interact with guests. Their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism never feel forced or rehearsed. Instead, they create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, where even the smallest gestures make a lasting impression. The housekeeping team also deserves special recognition for its exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and consistently high standards. I would also like to give special praise to Avoca, a wonderful dining experience made truly extraordinary by its manager, Marsha. Marsha is, quite simply, the heart and soul of Avoca. Her outstanding professionalism, genuine warmth, emotional intelligence, and remarkable ability to make people feel valued transform a beautiful venue into something truly special. She understands that great hospitality is not simply about excellent service, but about making people feel seen, appreciated, and genuinely welcome. In my view, it is people like Marsha who elevate Avoca into one of Hong Kong's finest dining experiences. Beautiful hotels can be found in many places. What is much harder to find is a team that makes you feel so genuinely welcome that you remember the people long after your stay has ended. That is what makes Mondrian Hong Kong exceptional. My sincere thanks to the entire team for a memorable stay. I would be delighted to return.

Train your staff better

Liked:Everything was good

Disliked:The front dest lady didn’t even smile once. She didn’t talk, maybe few words. I saw her colleague explaining to other guests everything about the hotel facilities, the lounge the restaurants. She didn’t mention nothing to me. I asked her one question she seemed she didn’t understand me, unless she understood but she pretended not which is a bigger problem.

Disliked:I was there at the beginning of October. Everything looked like a five-star hotel, but the climate control in my room didn't have a heating option, so every night was freezing cold.
