Generally positive experience, especially due to highly responsive and friendly service

Liked:Customer service was excellent - very responsive and helpful. Location is positive, and generally the vibe of the rooms is good, if you are on an upper floor.

Disliked:Some items/devices are due for an upgrade, such as the rather dated plugs and hairdryer, and failing window blind. The room temperature controller is very difficult to set, and often unresponsive.
