Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Important Information
In an effort to reduce waste material, guests are encouraged to bring their own toothbrush. Spare toothbrush will still be provided if needed. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. The hotel does not accept any credit card from a third party, please provide check-in guest's own credit card. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of HKD 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Semi-Buffet Breakfast is available at Cafe Bonita, served every morning between 07:30am to 10:30am. Cafe Bonita is managed by Madera Residences. Madera Studio has a few settings. Rooms are subject to availability. Requests for Jacuzzi in various room types are subject to availability. To continuously elevate our guest experience and facilities, please note that the Gymnasium located on 1/F of Madera Residences will be temporarily closed for enhancement works commencing from 25 August 2026. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your kind understanding and patience. A deposit may be required at the property.
