Phenomenal!

Liked:I spent 4 nights at the Madera Hollywood while travelling with my (adult) daughter. We both loved the whimsical suite we stayed in; it was so clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We were so happy with the location! Many amazing cafes, restaurants, shops, and modes of transportation are within minutes of walking. The staff are all incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Selina, Arthur, Aaron, Pana, and Jojo who all went over and above our expectations. Everything they did made our stay memorable! When I return to Hong Kong I will not need to look elsewhere, I highly recommend staying here!

Great service and maotly comfy room

Liked:I really like staying at this hotel. Selena and Shirley are great - lovely and super helpful. The room is comfy and everything is good except the couch (super uncomfortable). Not many facilities but it’s a good place if you don’t need that.
