Good Experience

Liked:Good Experience! I had been stay here for two months. Delicious food in the restaurant, and luckily we have got a room with stunning view. Clean and tidy and spacious in a ~200 square metre room. Good hospitality too. Thank you Tiffany from the hotel greeted us before and during the stay.

Great professional service from Front Desk Thomas

Liked:Great location, 3 minutes from Fortess Hill station. Neighborhood had plenty of eateries and supermarkets. Great professional service by Front Desk Thomas, very welcoming. Common area and room very clean. In the middle of strong typhoon, hotel very thoughtful not only having regular menu. But have special take away menu with very reasonable price. Great management as avoid guest going out when everything shut down during typhoon.

Thomas was AWESOME, hotel is great

Liked:Arrived at hotel and was met by the friendliest staff that helped me with my luggage getting to the front desk.Thomas checked me in and he was so friendly and helpful. Quickly checked me in and had helpful information about what to see and do in HongKong. The room was already cooled off, which was awsome after coming in with the heat and humidity. Beautiful room, clean and my room had a view of the harbor. Bed is soft, pillows were super soft, but you can request firm or medium from the staff. Glad I picked this hotel to stay in.
