Important Information
Please note that hotel does not accept bookings made by debit card. Please provide the credit card holder's name in English letters. Each guest is allowed to reserve a maximum of 3 rooms. Please note that a deposit in cash or credit card (which allows the hotel to obtain a pre-authorized code) per room per night may be charged upon arrival in order to enjoy the signing privileges during the stay in the hotel. This deposit is fully refundable upon departure after deducting the consumption. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, please contact the hotel in advance to arrange payment. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that for nonrefundable bookings, no cancelations or modifications are allowed, especially for guests' names. Additionally, for nonrefundable bookings, the full amount, including a 10% service charge, will be collected prior to the arrival date. Please note that extra cost will be applied for the purpose of group events or parties, including pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties and Chinese pre-wedding ceremony (Room rate is subject to 10% service charge). Please note that bookers are required to offer each guest name instead of offering only one name when reserving more than 1 room. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that in-room broadband or WiFi internet connection is free of charge. Please note that the shuttle bus service between the hotel and Cityplaza will be suspended from March 1, 2020, until further notice. Please note that guests are required to present valid passports upon check-in. According to the Hong Kong Government’s new law, Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023, effective from April 22, 2024, hotels are not allowed to provide disposable toiletries and in-room plastic bottled water to guests for free. We encourage our guests to bring their own toiletries, but if they have forgotten to bring some essential items, they may still be available for purchase. Please note that maintenance work of the Outdoor Swimming Pool will be carried out from December 2025 to March 2026.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
