Liked:The staff was super nice and helpful. For HK standards the rooms were really big. It's located close to a lot of restaurants and touristy areas.

Good stay

Liked:Clean and comfortable room, good facilities in general. Nice customer attention through the Booking app, though not while in person. Good sleep (in floor 25) despite loads of bars by the hotel.

Disliked:Room seems smaller than photos. Had to ask for towel and bed sheets for child in booking. Rate in booking.com appears to overestimate in my opinion.
