The location is unbeatable. I’ll stay again.

Liked:Great location that’s quiet, away from the bustling streets, but close enough to walk to Central through a beautiful botanical garden. Great supermarket in the next building. Friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked:The lighting in the room was dim. The drain in the bath tub was clogged.

Liked:The hotel is rather dated and poorly‑located for tourists. The front‑desk service is also mediocre. Booking gave it a high rating and prominently recommended it at the time of booking, yet the actual stay fell far short of expectations.

Disliked:The room is tiny, and there is an unpleasant odour when opening the cabinet. Sound insulation is very poor, and the front‑desk staff are unresponsive. Overall, the experience is thoroughly disappointing.

Nice location and views overlooking the city, in a good neighbourhood

Liked:It was a good location close to some attractions. I think in Hong Kong there was a lot of walking in general so we enjoyed navigating the city and felt this location was ideal for that. Yes, the rooms are a little outdated but they’re sufficient and clean. I have the note that the staff were super helpful. We had a problem trying paying our taxi driver and they were able to assist us quickly, so I have to commend the staff for their help.

Disliked:To be honest, we didn’t utilise any of the facilities available to us. It was just a place to rest. This was a good hotel for our purpose.
