Important Information
Starting from April 22, 2024, the welcome amenities kit will no longer include toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bottled water, in accordance with new regulations introduced by the Hong Kong government to control the use of disposable plastic products. In our commitment to exceptional guest experiences, we will be offering an eco-friendly toiletry kit for purchase at the reception for HKD $10. This kit includes two wooden toothbrushes with paper-packaged toothpaste and two pairs of cloth slippers. Additionally, bottled water can be purchased at the reception for HKD $5 per bottle (770ml). Thank you for your understanding and support as we contribute to a greener and more sustainable future. To further enhance our facilities at Dash Living on Hollywood, we are undertaking a comprehensive drainage pipe replacement project from 11 May to 19 August 2026. While our teams will take every possible measure to minimize disruptions, please be advised that there will be some unavoidable noise and dust generated daily between 09:00 and 18:00. If you have any inquiries or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Reception team.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
