Perfect Stay in the Heart of Hong Kong

Liked:I had a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made me feel at home. The location couldn’t be better. Hollywood Road is one of the best streets in Hong Kong, surrounded by amazing cafés, great bars, fantastic restaurants, and so much character. It was the perfect base for exploring the city on foot. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I’ll definitely be back!

Poor value for money. A truly mediocre hotel with nice photographs.

Liked:The property is located in Hollywood Road. That’s the best thing about this former Travelodge.

Disliked:The room looked absolutely nothing like the photos. I’m Booking.com com. It was a small room I could not open my suitcase and sit at the desk at the same time— I was in Hong Kong for work. The photo showed big brake windows looking out with lots of light streaming in, when in fact there was one single pokey punched window. The worst thing was the room smelt of stinky feet and mould. The hot water was not working for the one morning I stayed. I stayed one night of my seven nights. I got a refund from Booking.com and changed hotels.

Disliked:There was no possibility for having early check-in thus I have made a reservation for a day more, but when I have arrived at the hotel at 8 am early in the morning the lady was unable to check-in us and required us to wait about 2 hours till another person will arrive and proceed with the check-in, Thus the purpose of booking 1 day early lost its purpose. Service I received was not one I was expecting for such money. Wont return to this hotel for sure.
