The Conrad Hotel offers exceptional service and is well located

Liked:The executive suite and executive lounge were of exceptional quality along with the attention we received from all staff. Our needs were met by Concierge Stephen in a helpful manner. The hotel is located with easy access to the metro and other local attractions.

Disliked:The only issue we had was the à la carte service in the Garden Restaurant was incredibly slow on both occasions we ate there

This is the address you want to be when in Hong Kong!

Liked:I was in Room 4006 on the 40th floor. The view was incredible. The bed was very comfortable.

Disliked:The master switch was missing on the bedside. I had to go turn it off manually by the entrance.
