Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Important Information
We are a 100% smoke-free Hotel. NO breakfast will be provided until further notice. All the bookings with 3 rooms or above (group bookings), cancelation or amendment must be received 7 days prior to arrival, otherwise, one night room rental penalty per room will be charged for late cancelation or amendment. For all nonrefundable bookings, they cannot be canceled or amended once the bookings are made. In addition, the name on the credit card must match the guest’s name for checking in. The credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in for verification. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to deny the booking and collect the payment from the guest (in cash or another new credit card) in order to activate the booking again and hotel shall refund the previous collected payment. A deposit may be required at the property.
