Liked:The room size and the location. It is very close to accessing public transport ( especially bus and tram). I got on the airport bus A12 to the airport only for 41HKD.The hotel sits on a busy and central street with lots of shops and restaurants, you could also walk to the promenade.

Disliked:The cleaning of the room was quite below standards. I had to keep calling house keeping to clean the bathroom and sweep the floor properly. This is the second Best Western plus hotel l stayed in and it wasn't any different from the Kawloon one in terms of uncleanliness. Whoever is in charge needs to take note if this concern and have it addressed. Also l didn't enjoy a clear view from this room and it was so dark during the day ( but l guess it's the position of the room,no ones fault). If you need more natural light you could simply request for another room with more windows, which they did offer me but it didn't ve a double bed. The breakfast was very basic (no variety ) for me considering what l have had in equivalent hotels- they really need to upgrade it to international standards. The gym was poorly equipped and not inviting at all.
