Liked:Strategic location. Plenty places to eat surrounding. Convenient for Uber and Taxis to the any places

Disliked:During the check out I got frustrated because the reception was quite rude and unfriendly. We waited for 20min to check out , our taxi been waiting downstairs. Thank to the taxi driver he been very patient. I paid HK$500 to the Taxi driver for the long waiting. The check out reception wasn’t very friendly, lack of communication. I understand the hotel is full.. this is 4 Star Hotel I expect some kind of great customer service instead hiding behind the desk watching Chinese movies. It was very unpleasant, unprofessional and terrible customer service. They need to train the front desk up to standard. 20min waiting is not right… there’s no queue.. they were waiting for the cleaning lady to come down which she look terrible pumping with so many things to do at a time.

Disliked:The room smells like mildew and mold, very high humidity. The room needs a humidifier. Hard time sleeping because not used to the wet and sticky feeling.

Liked:The room was comfortable, although a bit small, which was still fine for us. The location is good, near malls and even reastaurants, bus stations and MTR stations.

Disliked:The only issue we experienced was the loud noise coming from the hallway, which made our stay slightly uncomfortable.
