We had a lovely stay in honfleur. Disappointed with attitude of some of the hotel staff (not all)

Liked:The property was very pretty in an excellent location. Offered parking also 👍 Bed was very comfortable, with nice bed linen.

Disliked:Room was pretty but tired, paint flaking, shower continuously dripping, so had to put towels down on the floor. Also could not close shower door fully. Whilst I hate being negative, the service in the hotel was severely lacking. We were not given instructions to find the hotel following parking, and we had to stop and ask several members of the public how to get there. Tried ordering a drink at the bar and we were left for 45 minutes without anyone attending us. We then left. Some staff members were bordering on rude. No smiles and failure to acknowledge. Finally we attended the breakfast room at 9.40 on day of departure to find most of the food not available, with none of it being replenished. After a lengthy wait we left. I hope as a hotel you take these comments on board and as constructive criticism in the hope that services will improve . At the price point and star rating better is expected .

We loved it!

Liked:The hotel was so cute and in front of a market and square, really nice location. The family room was ideal with 2 rooms 2 bathrooms. Really cosy. Excellent breakfast. The spa session left me fully relaxed.

Poor value for money

Disliked:Hotel and the room needs to be upgraded and refreshed. The whole place is very tired. The carpets were in need of replacement as was the plumbing and the bathrooms.

Relaxing, very convenient in location and good service.

Liked:Fabulous, fresh breakfast with lots of variety. Excellent housekeeping. Friendly and helpful staff on reception and in the dining room. Especially impressed because taking care of a person in a wheelchair. One lovely member of staff even parked the car for us.
