Liked:This was by far the worst vacation and the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were okay and seemed fairly new, but the towels were extremely limited, and the same went for the toilet paper. When we arrived, there was a large water leak right in the middle of the entrance area. However, that wasn’t even the worst part. There are stairs everywhere and no elevator. That may be fine for some guests, but my 80-year-old grandmother was unable to manage them. The final straw was at night. The hallways were almost completely dark, making it very difficult to see. In fact, one member of our group tripped over a rock, broke two toenails, and was bleeding. When I went to the front desk for help, it was closed. There was only a sign instructing guests to call a phone number. When I called, a woman answered who sounded like she was out partying, and I could barely hear her. She told me that turning on the hallway lights was prohibited. Unbelievable. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, especially considering that this hotel was far from cheap.

Overall, the best hotel in Anna Maria Beach

Liked:The location is amazing, beachfront, exclusive umbrellas and chairs, no need bring stuff or rent. The hotel looks very new. The property’s restaurant offers an awesome breakfast.

Disliked:It was in construction when we went there. Too much noise early on the morning. They could have breakfast included option for stay.
