Stairs and uneven ground was not good for seniors.

Liked:The location was good.

Disliked:Even though we asked for a room on first floor, we were told the only rooms available were up a steep flight of steps. At 80 it was difficult.

Run do not book with this group it was horrible

Liked:It was your typical continental breakfast toast bagels English muffins hard boiled eggs cereal coffee

Disliked:I booked for a particular hotel but they were owned by a corporation and when I went to check in they put me in a totally different building that was nothing like the pictures they advertise for the Blue Wave when we complained they told us people only stay in that building for one night and then it's noisy we're not babies we don't go to bed at 7:00. We finally told them it was false advertising they took us over to the building finally after us saying the room they put us in was not what we booked and they let us look at it and that was an old room again that looked nothing like the pictures they had online I asked the manager of housekeeping and she told us that there are no rooms that look like the pictures they use so it all false advertising do not book with this Hollywood hotels they are rude nasty people. They advertise heated pools they had the heat on until March 1st turned it off and it was ice cold the room we got was dirty the floor was covered in sand there were no hangers etc we asked when we checked in they told us oh yeah we'll bring you some the next day still nothing stay away from them I will never go back. Oh don't forget all the little fees they including everything. They advertise parking $18 a day we stayed two weeks with all their fees it was $250 absolutely rip off
