A great Location Stay in Hoi An at a low cost

Liked:A great location, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, the room was quiet at night, I didn't need my earplugs.. the cost for 5 nights was so good

Disliked:The room could do with a bit of freshening up, But for what i paid for 5 nights you can't go wrong It would be good to get a contact number from the host if you need to get in touch

Liked:Location, host The location is amazing - one easily walk to Old Town, food, entertainment & shopping plenty to choose from Super friendly, helpful and happy owner who also runs the spa and luggage/bag shop downstairs. This is their home & business Laundry was easily sorted - stayed four days. I felt safe enough and I'm semi deaf so the noise didn't affect me since I am asleep by 8.30pm - I think maybe I annoyed the whole household since I'm awake by 4.30am and out exploring by 6 am The massage was super good too... It fixed my feet after 25k steps on a hot Hoi An day

Disliked:This is somewhat a hole in a wall kind of a place - 90%tick the boxes , nice Aircon, clean and comfy The temple round the corner has bells chiming on Monday morning - I didn't hear for the rest of the time Maybe a bit dated and bedsheets need a better clean. I didn't get a sense it's dirty but it could definitely do with a good clean. Otherwise good value for money given it's proximity

Liked:You're right in the heart of the nightmarket. Having said that I couldn't believe how quite it was after midnight. They're also super friendly, I have trouble trying to pay them. Later, later they tell me. Spent 3 nights before I could pay (they are going to push to get a massage. Not the worst thing that's happened)

Disliked:The patio is pretty tight. But definitely enough room for 1 person to smoke. Also, they have a family of owls in the tree. I didn't even know Vietnam had owls... This place has 5. Oh ya, for some reason the pagoda across the street rings the bells at 3am. Again, not the worst thing to have a smoke, listen to the bells and talk to the owls. Honestly, kind of a highlight.
