Fabulous well appointed hotel close to the Old Town with a lovely pool area

Liked:Wonderful hotel with spacious, well equipped rooms. The staff are so attentive and helpful in terms of recommendations, organizing tours, and even our laundry. The breakfast was a decent and varied spread. The pool area is large and really fantastic, which is hard to find close to the Old Town (which was about 7 mins to walk). The hotel is right next door to a bank, so finding an ATM was easy! We had a complimentary one way trip to or from the airport which was great. There is also a daily shuttle to An Bang Beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Disliked:Our view wasn’t fantastic, but I understand the hotel can’t control that. The rooms that overlooked the pool area would have been better.
