Liked:Wir waren mit der Unterkunft rundum zufrieden! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel, und die Lage war für unsere Zwecke perfekt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet – sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit schnell erreichbar. Unsere gesamte Gruppe war sehr zufrieden und hat sich während des Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Liked:Cleanliness & Facilities The house was exceptionally clean 👌 and maintained to a very high standard. Everything you could reasonably need was provided, including a well-equipped washroom and lounge area. Each room also has its own kitchenette, including a microwave, which is a particularly useful feature. Pet-Friendly Pets are welcome at the owner’s discretion, which is a very welcome feature, particularly for guests travelling with dogs. It is good to see accommodation offering this flexibility while still maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness.

Disliked:Room Facilities & Areas for Improvement The facilities within the room were generally very good; however, there are several areas where I feel the accommodation could be improved: 1. Tea and coffee provisions Providing just one tea bag and one sachet of coffee is very poor for this standard of accommodation. Given that there is a prepaid coffee machine in the lounge area, this could give the impression that the limited in-room provisions are intended to encourage guests to purchase drinks from the machine as an additional revenue stream. 2. Bathroom toiletries There was no hand soap provided in the bathroom, only body wash. Hand soap should be a basic provision, particularly in accommodation of this standard. 3. Odour in the room The room had a peculiar and noticeable odour when entering. Although it was difficult to identify its source, it was immediately noticeable and detracted from the initial impression of the room. 4. Alarm/noise An alarm of some description occasionally sounded when entering the room. It wasn't clear what was causing it or whether it was a fault with the room, but it was somewhat concerning and disruptive.

Disliked:Once you have mini kitchen in your apartments, maybe somebody should check the cleanliness of kitchen utensils, pots, etc. At 10.10 (10 minutes later then is official check out ) in the morning I was taking luggage from the room to the car. As I had more bags, I had to come back to room. BUT THE ACCESS CODE EXPIRED AND I COULDNT GET IN!!! I was using ring bell, knocking the door, windows, CALLING THE UNIQUE PHONE NUMBER YOU HAVE ON YOUR BUSINESS CARD, no answer. Until today no beck call.....Outside 3 degrees Celsius, rain/snow falling, my coat inside. If I hadn't left the window in my room open, I might still be standing there today... This in the modern digital shitty aproach. No people, just primitive machines, codes, locks. NEVER MORE.
