Liked:Nice room in a lovely house. The village doesn't have much in the way of shops etc. But no fault of the accommodation and its host!

My room was locked so I did not get in

Disliked:I got the instructions how to get inside from the booking which I followed and got in but the room which was assigned to me was locked. I called the host but …. she did not speak English and seemed to be annoyed that I do not speak German, communication was very poor and after few minutes she hung up. I called her again and ask if she will come to help me and she said it is not possible and hung up again. I understand that things like that can happen but I was very dissapointed with the communication, I sent he message via booking (so we can use google translate) but no amswer. So I ended up without a place to stay at midnight. On the other hand booking helpdesk was very helpful and my booking should be reimboursed. I would not recommend booking this host unless you speak German. Her willingness to deal with the problem was non-existing.
