It was awful I felt like I wasted money no sleep at all the noise was so loud

Liked:The room was ok it was small but it was ok

Disliked:The room was to small, most places I stay at always have water in the room for the guests and the people next door was loud, a lot of banging and I got no sleep. I ended up leaving extra early due to this. Also the air conditioner is so loud and makes a lot of crazy noises.

Liked:Breakfast was good and the staff were very nice and tried to be accommodating.

Disliked:Rooms were not clean, carpet just felt grimy to bare feet, rooms need to be refurbished, draws in the bathrooms had no bottoms, the bathtubs felt spongy when standing in them to take a shower, A/C didn't work in 1st room. Seeking partial or complete refund through General Manager (Adriane), but have not heard back from her.
