Awful customer service

Liked:They have good installations and comfortable rooms

Disliked:Horrible customer service! They charged me again even though I had already paid via booking. Trying to get a refund was a nightmare! They never answer when you text them. Front desk service staff did never have answers, and the manager is impatient and doesn’t know how to handle customers concerns in a kind way. Wouldn’t recommend them. Customer service is important guys!
