It was a very nice hotel but improvements to disability features need to be further addressed.

Liked:The bed was very comfortable. The lighting and room temperature were easy to accommodate preferences. The views from the inner courtyard were amazing. It was very easy to check out and print a receipt.

Disliked:I arrived after 9pm and had to wait over 10 minutes to get help checking into the hotel. I stayed in an ADA room on the first floor because of a disability. There was no counter space in the bathroom to place toiletary items upon so it was extreme difficult to navigate. I had to move a chair into the bathroom to sit and rest because it was hard to stand. There were no instructions for the coffee maker. Also, it was extremely noisy at night around 10pm. Alot of young children were playing in the reception without concern for the noise.

I wish we would have stayed closer to the beach

Liked:For an older hotel they try to keep it hip. The outside area looked fun for people who have kids

Disliked:Way over priced for being so far from the beach. The rooms were like from the 80s, outdated. If you have a balcony room you can see and hear everything going on in the court yard area. Beds were a little stiff.

Great value for money

Liked:Stayed 1 night at the Hotel Hermosa in June. The hotel itself is on a busy corner, with a few restaurants within walking distance. The room was large, clean and comfortable with a small balcony. The shared lobby space was very cool. Lots of space inside with tic-tac-toe games. The outdoor deck area with giant connect-4 and corn hole games were a big hit with the kids.
