Liked:- Ubicación muy buena en Hella - Cocina con muchas mesas, puedes cocinar y hay fridge para pone cosas - Parking incluido justo al lado de la propiedad - Habitación bastante amplia

Disliked:- El proceso de check-in no fue tanto el problema porque recibí el código de la habitación antes, pero cuando llegué no había electricidad en mi habitación, por lo que estuve vario rato buscando a alguien. Por suerte junto con la persona que allí estaba en 30-40 min lo solucionamos - El baño de chicos no estaba correctamente limpio y olía bastante mal

Disliked:They need to improve their check in process. I read lots of reviews about having to call a number once you arrive at the property to gain the code to get into your room and some people weren’t successful. After emailing the venue 24 hours prior to arrival they sent the details so check in ran well for us. There are no staff members on site which isn’t great. The group booking that arrived on the same night as us were extremely loud on arrival which was not great and if there were staff on site they could’ve dealt with this.

Liked:the location in Hella is great as a base for highland visits & tours, the houses are a bit away from the ringroad - alongside the river and in a rather quiet neighbourhood - but the rooms themselves are a little susceptible to door noises from other rooms.

Disliked:The bathroom in house 34 would benefit from some hooks and possibilities to place utensils and towels...

Disliked:The male bathroom was very unclean, also in our room there were a lot of spiders.
