Unsafe, awful

Disliked:This property isn’t as nice as the picture show. The bedding had stains all over it, when you walk in the door it smells like urine. The back door doesn’t lock, some lights don’t work and the back door didn’t lock. My partner and I flew over 2 days to hopefully get a really nice stay before finding a permanent place here but this stay was awful and unsafe. On arrival it took over 2 hours to get in as the instructions were unclear and the communication was poor, when messaging this company for a refund they refused and thought it was ok to meet up in person, would not recommend staying here as it’s not a safe place and not as the description state.

Liked:The price was within the amount I wanted to spend.

Disliked:The location is not as advertised on the site. Booking.com and the property management would not take responsibility for the misleading advert. They refused to issue a refubd. Inside the property, the bedsheets were stained...looked like blood. The hallway, bathroom light did not work, and the back door did not seem secure. I did not feel safe, especially with two young children. I booked another property.

Over all good but the property is not clean. back garden is horrible

Liked:Location is good, I visit with my family - property is very good but few are my suggestion to owner.. also we will not get the owner email id or phone number to contact - no one has contact us during our visit or time of entry ---- the property is not taken by many guest so it is not so clean. there is one back garden which is horrible.. Forestry plants are there, we have to clean it but we found many spiders, small ants and other type of small mammals etc.. it is request to make concrete cement to full garden and remove the room shade from it .. the fencing is also to be repair.. please fix jet pipe in toilet...
