Very, very, very disappointed, and the place should be either demolished or completely redone

Disliked:One elevator was broken and the other one I got stuck in for over 30 minutes. If I had not had my phone with me, I don’t know if I would’ve ever gotten out of the elevator all night. They did not give me proper compensation either, and the general manager was rude.

Not what we expected for your brand

Liked:The breakfast was great .The kitchen staff was awesome.

Disliked:The hotel was outdated, it didn't stand up to your standard. It was a 3 star hotel.

Fantastic Service from Kailash!

Liked:Just wanted to call out the superb service from Kailash/Ken. I accidentally left an article of clothing behind and this guy really went out of his way to help me out- and I noticed he had worked a double shift as well. It would've been easy for him to dismiss me- the system they had in place didn't work- but he literally gave me his personal email address to get my item back to me. I am grateful- and hope the management at this Hampton realize what a great employee they have.
