Great option for staying close to Buffalo National River

Liked:Very clean and comfortable room on 4th floor. Did have some street noise on front side of building but the a/c fan (which has a switch to always run) took care of that. Breakfast was good. Pool area is nice.

Will never go back

Liked:If you are planning on just sleeping in the beds they are very comfortable. If you are planning on visiting with family don't use them. We rented 19 rooms for a family reunion and any time we tried to visit the staff was rude and grouchy. We stayed for 4 days and they did not clean the room after the first day. We ran out of toilet paper and tissue and had to go ask for more. Had a suite that sleeps 6 and only had 3 towels. The night desk people let us know that they really didn't want us there.

Highly recommend

Liked:This was our first time to stay at this hotel. We loved the great lighting in both the bathroom and the bedroom. There are 2 types of window shades, light filtering or light blocking. There is a mini refrigerator,microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Our room was ready at check in and clean. Staff was professional, pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Fresh coffee, no body wash

Liked:No issues, clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed and light and airy. Holiday Inn usually has Dove soap, as this one which I love the brand. However, the body wash and shampoo wasn't refilled. 😔 They always had fresh coffee, even decaf, which was very nice, better then most places.
