They could really care less they did not meet my simple request of room away from noisy elevators.

Liked:I made special request when booked. Hotel did not honor my need for quiet room away from the elevators. Also put in room in front of hotel over the port corche so was loud all nite and too early morning. They said sorry nothing they could do as hotel was booked

For an upscale more expensive hotel room, I was expecting more.
