Omega scam terrible

Liked:Scammed don’t come here I said stand 3x and they hit me. Their loyalty program is trash and needs to keep your points every year not reset them. Don’t come here even at all. It’s not worth it.

cleanliness need improvement

Liked:Bathroom walls were very dirty, called reception on the first night to get extra towels and they never picked up the phone. There were candy and contact lenses by the bed from previous guests. The smell of cigarettes in the reception elevators areas is unbearable!

Interesting Stay

Liked:Overall the hotel experience was good. The only issue was waking up to no hot water. They did end up fixing it as it was a hotel wide issue on that day. However, my group was advised that they were going to take $100 off of our stay for the inconvenience but that has not been the case after being told it was by both the desk agent and the manager on duty at checkout. The only thing that was released was the incidental hold. I reached out to management when I received my final bill and have yet to receive a callback or resolution. I would advise to not state something that isn't going to be honored.
