Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.

Payment

Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.

Important Information

A maximum of 2 children can enjoy free meal services based on the meal plan of the accompanying adult, excluding alcoholic beverages. If the card used for the booking is unavailable at check-in or check-out, the property will accept payment by bank transfer. Please inform the property in advance if you cannot present the debit or credit card used for the booking upon arrival. Due to safety and privacy concerns, the operation of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by any of the guests, including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists, is prohibited. The following complimentary facilities will be provided per stay for guests booking honeymoon packages: - A bottle of sparkling wine - A fruit platter The property can be reached by speedboats or seaplanes. Please share your flight details with the property at least 72 hours before your arrival to secure your seat(s) for the transfer. 1. Shared speedboat Transfers: Round-trip from 27/10/2025 to 31/12/2026: - Adult (12 years and above): USD 250 per person. - Child (2-11 years): USD 125 per child. 2. Shared Seaplane Transfers: Round-trip from 27/10/2025 to 31/12/2026: - Adult (12 years and above): USD 405. - Child (2-11 years): USD 245 per child. * Main Luggage allowance - 20Kg * Hand Luggage allowance - 05Kg Christmas & New Year’s Eve supplement for children applies and will be charged separately at the resort: Christmas Supplement – USD 125 per child New Year’s Eve Supplement – USD 150 per child Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Comfortable stay

Liked:The house reef is amazing. Rooms were comfortable.
Disliked:Communication with the property was a bit of a nightmare although we confirmed our arrival flights with the them and they acknowledged it when arriving they told us we didn’t confirm with them and got send to Dhonveli for 1 night. Another pool and extra deck chairs at the main beach would have been nice.

Incredible stay at Ellaidhoo

Liked:We had the best stay at Ellaidhoo from the second we arrived the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The island is beautiful and there is so much to do to prevent you getting bored. We took the speedboat transfer option and while it was quite rough on our journey to the island we found it very enjoyable! We stayed in the beach bungalow and the staff were very accommodating to get us a bungalow with direct access to the beach as we had requested in advance. The spa was fantastic and the girls are very friendly and excellent at what they do and they had offers on regularly for massages. We also really enjoyed snorkelling as the house reef was incredible and there is such a wide range of colourful fish and coral! We brung our own snorkelling equipment which most people seemed to do but you can rent it from the dive centre if you need. The dive centre staff were really helpful with getting our 2 dives organised (we were very lucky to see such a variety of fish, sharks and a turtle) and the manta ray excursion which couldn’t have gone any better and I would highly recommend! We went with the all inclusive package and it was definitely the way to go, we ate at the buffet every night as the à la carte restaurant was only included in the all inclusive package for the water bungalows but we were more than happy with that as the buffet suited us better and had a very good range of foods, there was also a good variety of drinks to choose from on the all inclusive menu. Shaahu in the restaurant served us for the majority of our meals and he really went above and beyond, very quickly learning our drink preferences and having them waiting for us when we came back with our food. His service was exceptional throughout our stay and definitely helped make it more memorable! Adam cleaned our room for the duration of our stay and again was excellent and very helpful.
Disliked:The shop with souvenirs had a few essentials such as sun cream and after sun but could maybe have done with a few other things such as deodorant etc for emergencies.
