Disliked:First, the airconditioning unit is not working especially on a heatwave. Second, lack of preparedness to make the guests stay comfortable by at least airing out the room before check-in or already providing an electric fan. Third, absence of communication with guests to give an option to change hotels. Fourth, basic upkeep like maintenance of drainage in tree he shower or in the sink.

Liked:The shower was excellent Very clean Nice atmosphere especially in the breakfast room Comfortable mattress and pillows Loved the closeness to the historic town and garden

Disliked:The bed was extremely high There was no ventilation in the bathroom working The chair is extremely slim, only skinny people can sit on it Breakfast is very expensive
