Every night gets worse after the other. Glad that it was only two nights. Would have changed hotels if it were not for a

Liked:The staff are friendly

Disliked:First, the airconditioning unit is not working especially on a heatwave. Second, lack of preparedness to make the guests stay comfortable by at least airing out the room before check-in or already providing an electric fan. Third, absence of communication with guests to give an option to change hotels. Fourth, basic upkeep like maintenance of drainage in tree he shower or in the sink.
