It was a good stay.

Liked:The rooms are well appointed. First rate staff. Good breakfast.

Disliked:A bit of a sketchy neighborhood. Be careful walking outside, even though Hess Village is nearby and has some nice restaurants. Bar soap should be in the bathrooms.

The best stay in Ontario

Liked:We recently traveled through the Ontario area and stayed in three different hotels during our trip — and this one was, without question, the absolute best. Everything about our stay was top-notch from beginning to end. The true gems of this hotel are the wonderful reception ladies, Robin and Janice. They were incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention made us feel truly welcome, and they are a big reason why we would love to return. Our suite was amazing — spacious, beautifully maintained, immaculately clean, and equipped with an extremely comfortable bed. Even our 14-year-old teenager, who can sometimes be very picky, absolutely loved the hotel, which says a lot! We also really enjoyed the fantastic swimming pool, the well-equipped gym area, and one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had in a long time. Every detail of the hotel exceeded our expectations. This was truly an outstanding experience, and we will definitely return in the future. Thank you again to Janice and Robin for making our stay so memorable!
