magical from beginning to end - didn't want to go home!

Liked:What a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. Everyone was so friendly and the service was first class. It felt homely and comfortable and so intimate. Bermuda is paradise and the hotel added to our wonderful holiday experience.

Disliked:It feels like a cliche to say nothing but everything was wonderful. It was so easy to get around and the hotel location is superb. The onsite Palomino restaurant was exceptional. The staff were so good and so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. It would feel churlish to have anything negative to say and I can't think of anything anyway!!

Feels like staying with family in perfect location

Liked:This hotel is a little oasis in Hamilton. The gardens are gorgeous, we enjoyed sitting sitting there with a coffee and listening to the birds. The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable; and all staff members super polite and lovely. We didn’t feel like a guest, more like a family member. The location is ideal, just 5-10min walk to downtown Hamilton. We used the shuttle service to the airport (paid) and it worked flawlessly.
