A convenient and very comfortable location just off the QEW.

Liked:It was a nice surprise to have a bar in the hotel available for a quiet drink. Very clean building with wonderful staff.

Disliked:Location is a little confusing to find in amongst the rows of commercial offices. View from rooms on the back of hotel not very appealing.

Enjoyed my stay and loved the cozy room

Liked:I enjoyed the location, a bit quieter and quick access to the highway and the east gate mall. I enjoyed the shower and pool, also the bed was really comfy.

Disliked:The key to my room did not work and I was hoping for a little more compassion and support from the front desk.

Liked:Lovely breakfast. Thanks Laura! Make sure to get the breakfast voucher from the reception if it's included in your stay. Clean room.

Disliked:A rowdy neighbor singing, laughing and yelling on the phone from 3am to 5am. Not the hotel's fault, but still, the sound isolation could be better.
