This is a newly built house with lots of space available. It has a lot of potential to be a great rental but it requires

Liked:It was conveniently located to the church conference we were there for. It also had decent space for 6 ladies to hang out. Parking was good but we shared 1 car. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. Having a coffeemaker was amazing. Washer and dryer were great and upstairs!

Disliked:It was not completely clean when we showed up. In fact, there was 2 open containers of food that the animals had gotten into right in front at the entry porch. Like someone had recently eaten there and left it. Also I think the house may have been vacant for some time because the floor wasn’t completely clean and there was some dust/cobwebs. Also it is has several items in the kitchen, but definitely not fully stocked. No hand soaps. No kitchen towels for drying or cleaning. Could use more seating and side tables in living room The garage is manual and an automatic opener would’ve helped tremendously.
