Disliked:I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of security at this property. On the final day of my stay, I returned to find my hotel room door completely wide open. When I brought this to the reception's attention, it was confirmed that housekeeping had left it unsecured. A hotel's primary job is to provide a safe, secure space for guests and their belongings. Leaving a room entirely open and accessible to anyone walking the halls is completely unacceptable. Management refused to offer a proper resolution or refund for the night. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you value your privacy and the safety of your personal items.

Liked:Convenient location if you have an early flight the next day.

Disliked:Lack of air conditioning in the rooms made sleeping very difficult, especially on the West-facing side. Additionally, there is no safe bike storage, although storing in your room is allowed. Further, I wasn't offered any options to take breakfast to go when I informed staff at check in that I would be leaving at 6am.
