We probably should have refused to stay there.

Liked:Location was great, breakfast was very good

Disliked:We were placed on 2nd floor; we’re seniors with mobility issues and we had to struggle with stairs with our luggage. Further, there was a king bed and a pull-out couch which was situated directly in front of the air conditioner. The individual on the couch had a miserable night.

Liked:The staff were constantly smiling and helpful when we interacted.

Disliked:The Keurig did not work. The body lotion holder fell off the wall in the bathroom in the middle of the night. There were no bedsheets in the room, for the couch, even though we communicated twice that we needed these
