ANTS in ROOM

Liked:ANTS in ROOM, manager would not address the issue and had to check-out early and find another hotel at the last minute, still had to pay full price for room with ants. No apologized for ants received. Do not stay at this hotel.

A great place to stay at any time of the year.

Liked:Complementary breakfast buffet was great, lots of choice. Diner menue was excellent with seasonal items. No lunch service was the only down tick. My third time here and as always, it was memorable.

Disliked:A lunch option, even if it were a box lunch ordered the night before and picked up at breakfast the next day would give a little more for food service. I would use it for sightseeing picnics. :)

Great Value and convenient to downtown services.

Liked:Elevator was out of order. Bummer. The water was concerningly scalding hot!!!!!!! Shower and sink. Food in the dining room-amazing. Breakfast was excellent!! Coffee-terrific. Parking-limited. Staff-excellent.

Disliked:Bed was very soft. Room was a bit dated..Updates need.

Liked:Great pool for the kids, excellent breakfast, clean. We requested a room move from around back of hotel to main building and they were happy to accommodate (easier access to pool).
